Gold Plan: This is
our most comprehensive and most popular plan. With this plan we will
monitor your critical servers and workstations 24x7, provide
notification service when a problem arises and our System Engineers will
handle all problems problems remotely. As a customer, you will also
be able to initiate a support ticket and assign the NOC to troubleshoot
and work on any issue related to your monitored equipment. You will
have access to an online control panel with a dashboard showing a complete
overall system status at a glance. You will also have full secure
remote access to every server and workstation in this plan. This
